14-day refund window

You can request a full refund of a Meikero license purchase (Pro, Studio or Agency) or of a renewal within 14 days of the order date, for any reason. This applies to consumers and businesses alike and covers the EU consumer right of withdrawal, even though the license is digital content delivered immediately after payment.

Before you buy, you can test everything for free: Meikero Free includes read-only access and a one-time 4-hour Premium trial with every paid tool, with no payment card.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are not offered, except where Meikero does not work as documented on a supported setup (WordPress 6.2+, PHP 7.4+, HTTPS) and our support cannot correct the defect within a reasonable time. Statutory warranty rights are unaffected.

What is not refunded

• Services booked separately (setup sessions, custom assistance) once they have been delivered.
• Your AI provider subscription, hosting, domains or third-party plugins — these are not sold by Meikero.
• Problems caused by changes an AI client made under the permissions you granted, or by missing website backups.

How refunds affect licenses

When an order is refunded, the license issued for it is revoked: connected websites stop passing license checks and paid tools switch off on their next check, while Free reading continues. For a refunded renewal, the license keeps its original terms and the renewed update period is removed. Licenses are not automatically reactivated after a refund; a chargeback is treated as a refund request.

How to request a refund

Email hello@meikero.com from the address used at purchase, with your order number. Do not include license keys or connection (Bearer) keys. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
