The four hours begin with the first eligible, authorized AI tool request after setup. They run consecutively, including breaks.

Premium tools switch off. Free reading and analysis keep working, and the content and code created during the trial stay on your site.
Tip: plan the session before you start — the timer does not pause. Upgrade to Pro, Studio or Agency in the same installation whenever you are ready.

Pricing questions
When does the 4-hour trial start?
With the first eligible, authorized AI tool request after you set up the trial. Installing the plugin, connection checks and diagnostic tests do not start it. Once started, it runs for four consecutive hours, including breaks.
What happens when the trial ends?
Premium tools switch off. Free reading and analysis keep working, and the content and code created during the trial stay on your site. Nothing is charged — the trial needs no payment card.
Can I trial more than one website?
No. The trial is one-time and covers one public HTTPS website.
Is Meikero a subscription?
Pro and Studio are not: you pay once and the purchased version keeps working. Renewing updates and support (Pro €29/year, Studio €59/year) is optional and never billed automatically. Agency is a yearly plan at €199/year, renewed manually; when it ends, paid Meikero functionality stops while your content and code remain.
What happens if I do not renew Pro or Studio?
Your installed version keeps its paid features. You stop receiving new versions and standard support, and compatibility with future WordPress, PHP or AI-client changes is not guaranteed.
What counts as a website?
For Pro and Studio, every WordPress installation where you activate the license key, including staging and local copies. Disconnect an installation to free its seat. For Agency: websites owned by the purchasing business or managed by it for its clients. Reselling licenses is not included.
Can I move a license to a different website?
Yes. Disconnect it on the old site (Meikero → License & plan) or from My account → Meikero licenses, then activate the same key on the new site. There is no transfer fee. From the same account page you can also pause and resume Claude’s access to any connected website without releasing its seat.
What does standard support cover?
Meikero installation, connections, licensing and product defects. It does not include building customer websites, custom development, repairing third-party plugins or unlimited consulting — see optional services. Free includes documentation and the public Discord community, without individual support.
Which AI clients work with Meikero?
Claude, through custom connectors on a Claude plan that supports them. No Anthropic API key is needed. ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients are being tested and appear as “Coming soon” in the plugin; they are not supported yet.
I already bought Meikero. Does anything change for me?
No. Existing licenses keep the terms they were purchased under, including your downloads and account access.
Do I pay Meikero for AI usage?
No. There are no Meikero credits, token allowances or per-action fees. Your AI provider subscription, hosting, domains and third-party premium plugins are separate.
