Parties

These terms apply between Escanor, MB (company code 307630691, Telšių g. 10D, Alsėdžiai, LT-90472 Plungės r., Lithuania; “Meikero”, “we”) and the person or business using Meikero Free or purchasing a Meikero license (“you”). Contact: hello@meikero.com, +370 684 10413.

What Meikero is

Meikero MCP is a WordPress plugin that exposes a defined set of tools to an AI client (currently Claude) over the Model Context Protocol, within permissions the website administrator sets. Meikero does not provide AI services, does not resell AI usage and does not need an Anthropic API key. Your AI subscription, hosting, domains and third-party plugins are separate contracts with their providers.

Free, trial and paid plans

• Free needs no registration or license. It allows the reads an administrator approves and saving audit reports, plus one one-time 4-hour Premium trial on one public HTTPS website. The trial starts with the first eligible, authorized tool request after you set it up and runs four consecutive hours. No payment card is required and nothing is charged.
• Pro (3 websites) and Studio (10 websites) are paid once. The purchased version may be used indefinitely. 12 months of updates and standard product support are included; renewing them afterwards is optional and purchased manually.
• Agency is a yearly plan for an unlimited number of websites owned by the purchasing business or managed by it for its own clients. Updates and priority product support are included while the plan is active; when it ends, paid Meikero functionality stops and content and code already created stay on the websites.
• Prices, website limits and renewal terms are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Licenses bought before the current plans keep the terms they were purchased under.

License

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Meikero MCP plugin on the number of websites stated for the plan. Every activation, including staging and local installations, uses one website seat; a seat can be released by disconnecting the website in the plugin or in your account. Licenses may not be resold, sublicensed or shared outside the purchasing business. We may suspend or revoke a license for non-payment, a refund, chargeback or breach of these terms; a suspended or revoked license cannot activate new websites and fails subsequent license checks, while Free reading continues.

Orders, payment and delivery

Orders are placed on meikero.com and paid by card through Stripe. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. The license key and plugin download are delivered by email and in your account immediately after payment is confirmed. Nothing is billed automatically: renewals are separate purchases you make yourself.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the license is digital content delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to that delivery; we nevertheless honour refund requests under our refund policy. A refunded order’s license is revoked.

Your responsibilities

You decide which permissions you grant to the AI client through the plugin, and you are responsible for reviewing changes made under those permissions, for keeping full backups of your website and for keeping license keys and connection (Bearer) keys confidential. Checkpoints and backups created by the plugin cover supported text files and data snapshots only and are not a substitute for website backups. You must have the right to install plugins on, and make changes to, every website you connect.

Third-party services

Using Meikero requires an AI client account that supports remote MCP connectors (currently a Claude account with custom connectors). Plan eligibility, connector availability, usage limits and data handling of those services are set by their providers (for Claude, Anthropic) and may change. Meikero is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, WordPress or WooCommerce. We do not guarantee the availability of third-party services.

Support

Standard product support covers installing and updating Meikero, connecting the AI client, licensing and product defects on a supported setup (WordPress 6.2+, PHP 7.4+, HTTPS). It does not include building websites, custom development or repairing third-party or AI-generated code. Support is provided by email without a guaranteed response time. See the support page.

Warranty and liability

Meikero is provided as described on this website. We warrant that the plugin materially works as documented on a supported setup during the included support period and will correct reported defects or, where we cannot, refund the purchase. Beyond this, and to the extent permitted by law, Meikero is provided without further warranties. AI-generated changes and audit findings are produced by the AI client under your permissions and require your review; we are not liable for changes made to your website through the permissions you granted, for data loss where backups were not kept, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights under Lithuanian and EU law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are settled by the courts of Lithuania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
